When you're upset, its okay to be cozy. Be like McWill. Cozy in your undies and sweater!

When feeling overwhelmed, drinking water, taking a break, talking to someone, getting a heatpad and common cozy and therapudic things can help.

For some, praying, dances, and other religious practices can being calming too.Being overwhelmed can have a variety of reasons, from very serious and big ones, to very small ones that pile up and burst out.

Hurting yourself, others or property (in some instances) is NOT a good coping mechanism and can get you into trouble, or even worse, make you feel even sadder.

Cutting yourself, burning yourself, hurting others (punching, burning, stabbing, etc.), compulsively eating, binge eating, doing heavy amounts of drugs, drinking lots of alcohol, smoking (any substance) and much more.Although smoking may look cool in some cartoons, it is NOT healthy.
